2011 Signups Dates, Times & Locations

Saturday, May 14th at the West County Shack on the Analy Football Field from 10 - 4
Saturday, June 11th at Foster's Freeze, Sebastopol from 10-4
Saturday, July 23rd at the West County Shack on the Analy Football Field from 10 - 4

You can also mail your sign ups to P.O. box 424 Sebastopol, CA 95473Welcome to West County Youth Football & Cheer. We hope you and your family will have a safe and fun experience with us this year

What you will need to register your child for football or cheer:
• Original Birth certificate or last year's player card - will provide them on registration day
• All registration forms complete
• Physical dated after March 1, 2011 - we will offer them on registration day for $25
• Fees for football and cheer - $165.00 registration and $50 for raffle tickets payable by cash, check or visa/mastercard

Thank You(Fees were reduced agian because of the Surf and Turf fundraiser we had in February.The Engstrom family donated the crab and baby back ribs. Many other families donate time, money, auction items, pasta & sauce, wine, and beer.)

• Along with your registration you will receive raffle tickets, once you sell them the money is yours to keep. Bring the stubs to the yearend banquet for the raffle.

• Equipment check - $100 refundable after all equipment is returned at the end of season, if equipment is not returned by January 1, 2011 we will deposit your check.

Conditioning will start Monday July 25th and will be Monday thru Friday for three weeks from 5:30 to 7:30 pm on the Analy practice field.

Once season starts practice will be changed to 3 days per week (Tue, Wed & Thurs.)

Jamboree and certification, will be on the weekend August 13/14. Our certification time will be announced by our coaches
