Board positions are open for the 2010 season
|

|
Positions available are
President
Oversees all activities and
responsibilities of all board members and committees within the organization.
(Assit as needed where needed on game and practice days)
Vice President
Proceeds over activities
during the time the President and or Athletic Director are unavailable
to over see field and organization activities. (Assist as needed where
needed on game and practice days)
Athletic Director
Director of field activities,
manages coaches and coaching staff, secures field use for practices and
games.. (Assits as needed where needed on game and practice days)
Secretary
Keeps records for organization
during meetings, Prepares and organizes paper work for the organization.(Badges,
coaches agreements, administration agreement and any duties asked or volunteered
to do within the organization)
Cheer Director
Cheer director has all duties
that are covered under president and Athletic Director for all cheer activities.
Manage cheer squad placement, manage and organize cheer practices and game
day activities, organize cheer game books and manage all game day, practice,
and competition activities.
Treasure
Collects, organizes and tracks
funds within the league through out the season. This includes game day
gate fee collection, snack bar income collections. The treasure must track
and report funds and produce reports of income to the league president
as requested, and at each monthly board meeting. (Assist as needed/where
needed on practice and game days)
Team Parent Coordinator
Organizes team parents.
Helps get information to team parents and assist them in organization of
game day volunteer needs. Organizes any paper work from executive board
that needs to go out to team.
Fund Raising Chair Person
Presents possible
fund raising ideas to the board of directors for voting. Organize all paperwork
and intake of fund raising income for the organization.
If anyone is interested in any of the above
board positions, please contact Alicia or Todd and plan on attending the
November board meeting. November board meeting will be held the First Wednesday
of November. Location will be announced.
